Enerpac’s new ETW-Series electric torque wrenches are designed to deliver fast, accurate and safe fastening of critical joints.

  • Fast and accurate fastening

  • Single control box for multiple wrenches

  • Auto mode simplifies complex jobs

Suited to complex jobs which demand precision and traceability, the ETW tools are operated using a 7-inch interactive touchscreen – which is housed in a flame- and impact-resistant control box – as well a control panel on the back of the wrench.

A single control box may be used to operate multiple wrench models,

Enerpac says the touchscreen is simple to navigate, allowing fastening requirements to be input quickly and easily, while the impact resistant control panel on the back of the wrench gives the operator the freedom to control the wrench while on the application.

Torque and angle functionality allows the input of a nominal torque value followed by a specific angle of rotation, while an automatic mode helps simplify and automate complex jobs through the creation of automatic presets which apply a desired sequence of torque steps to a desired number of fasteners.

The controls and bright LED display on the back of the wrench allow the user to directly input desired torque values, change the direction of rotation, and monitor the fastening process without returning to the control box.

In terms of safety, lift points on the wrench enable the use of a positioning handle or lifting device for greater handling safety, while a ground fault detector protects the operator in the event of insufficient grounding.

Each tool is performance tested and shipped with a factory calibration certificate. The wrenches and control boxes may be purchased separately or as a set.
