CEA unveils new HQ

CEA has relocated to a new state-of-the-art facility in western Sydney featuring a workshop, parts warehouse, showrooms and HQ

CEA has combined two existing sites into a new state-of-the-art facility in Horningsea Park, New South Wales, bringing JCB CEA, Dynapac CEA and Atlas Copco CEA under one roof.

The location of the facility provides close proximity to key infrastructure projects, significant urban growth corridors, and access to key motorways such as the M5 and M7; and will allow CEA to play a crucial role in providing construction machinery to the projects contributing to the fast-paced development of western Sydney.

Located at Lot 6, Skyline Crescent, Horningsea Park, within the Bringelly Business Hub, the new facility includes an extensive workshop, national parts warehouse, showrooms for JCB, Atlas Copco and Dynapac, and the CEA head office.

The new $27 million state-of-the-art facility has been developed by a joint venture of Charter Hall and ESR CIP, a wholly owned subsidiary of ESR. CEA has committed to a 12-year lease at the site.

The facility spans a total of 22,000 square metres. This will comprise of a combined gross lettable area of 7,763sqm. The facility will house a workshop, warehouse and operational areas, including 1,575sqm for a showroom space for the sale of products.

CEA commenced operating out of the new premises on November 25.
