Forklift rental and sales business Adapatalift has officially acquired NSW-based company Wholesale Materials Handling as of January 15, adding more quality equipment under its belt.
By taking over Wholesale Materials Handling, formerly Nichiyu Forklifts Australia, Adapatalift is now the official distributor of the Filmap and Aisle-Master brands in addition to its existing Hyster and Combilift range.
Wholesale Materials Handling has 30 years of experience in the industry offering a comprehensive range of new and used materials handling products at competitive prices.
Adaptalift managing director Peter Whiffen says Wholesale Materials Handling is a mature business that brings with it a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Adaptalift Group.
“The combination of the two businesses will further strengthen the company’s position in the marketplace, continuing to focus on providing our customers with an even more complete range of materials handling solutions.”
