NSW based materials handling company Pro-Mech Forklift & Plant Services has been bought and taken over by Komatsu Forklift Australia, effective from March 1.
Komatsu has purchased the hire fleet and contracts from Pro-Mech
and will continue to support the Pro-Mech Hire and Service
customers.
Previous Pro-Mech co-owner Dean Prisk has joined Komatsu in its
sales and service department.
Prisk and Komatsu Forklift Australia Wollongong Branch Manager
Jack Socratous plans to visit all Pro-Mech’s previous customers in
coming weeks to introduce themselves and to answer any
questions.
