The business is now run by the fourth generation of the Betts
family since F.L Betts, who established the company with his
business partner, FA Maker.

From starting out as a business specialising in the manufacture,
selling and repairing of mining and agriculture machinery to its
current business model of sourcing, selling and servicing
second-hand plant equipment, the business has certainly come a long
way.

The products FA Maker currently carry ranges from industrial
sized dust collectors to confectionary makers; and from milk
processing plants to pumps.

TradePlantEquipment visited their site in Laverton North to chat
to the business’ stakeholders, Mitchell Betts and his father Leigh
Betts to find out what the business is really about.
