Description
The machine operates automatically with a hopper feed. Input material into the hopper and then press the auto-cycle button for 3 ram compression.
It is purpose built, designed for dealing with the characteristics of chopped tyre wire. It is a high density baler that produces more than twice the applied platen pressure of a typical high density scrap metal baler.
The finished bales keep their integrity after handling, shipping and stockpiling, making them ideal for the recycler and the steel mill.
Special door / hopper design allows for preloading of material
1.5 (40mm) thick, interlocking, through hardened, alloy steel liners in the main compression area
Replaceable bolt in liners in the material gathering area
Bale discharge height is 20, ideal for a stacking conveyor or steel ramp.
Totally enclosed providing a safe operating environment
Capacity of this machine is 600 kgs 800 kgs/hr.
