Fryma Model MZ110 toothed colloid mill. The FRYMA MZ110 is an inline toothed colloid mill suitable for slurries, that grinds solids and homogenizes the slurry. The required fineness can be adjusted by means of adjusting the grinding gap between the stator and the rotor heads. FRYMA Toothed Colloid Mills are used for the processing / grinding of fluid up to highly viscous products, such as: creams, ointments, tooth pastes, shampoos, fruit juices, pastes, mayonaise, mustard, penut butter and many other applications. The slurry is subjected to high shearing, cutting and rubbing forces between two adjustable grinding heads. The stator is fixed and the rotor turns at 2910rpm. This unit is supplied with a metal toothed head and a stone head for grinding different products. Specifications: 3 Phase, 415V, 7.5kW, 2910RPM electric motor. Approximate throughput: 300 - 3000 l/h, depending on materials and application. Stainless steel contact parts and has a 1 1/2`` inlet and 2`` outlet. Fitted with a DOL starter and mounted to a steel frame on wheels. Milling rotor head and stator have signs of wear. Seal condition ok. Price is for unit condition as is.
