Mild Steel Ribbon Blender with access platform. 3000 Litres. Mounted to a heavy duty frame. 3 Phase, 30kW, 415V, 55A, 50Hz. 16RPM. Start/Stop control panel with WEG frequency drive. Double helix blade design. This blender has a central loading hopper on top as well as two hinged access doors for easy access inside the blender. It has an 8``/200mm diameter central bottom discharge outlet with a pneumatically controlled butterfly valve. Mixer is belt driven from 30kW electric motor through a Radicon gearbox. The end bearings are mounted externally behind packed glands to protect them from any product that is being mixed. Platform floor stands 1950mm High and is 5500mm long including the stairs. Platform is 900mm wide. Overall height of ribbon blender is 3250mm. This type of blender is an excellent machine to mix dry powders and other materials. They can also be used to mix wet materials such as render. This ribbon blender is in stock and available for viewing in our Melbourne warehouse. Blender was previously used for dry render mixing.
